Amazing service! I won't put details to prevent others from expecting this store to always perform the miracles they did for me, I can tell you that they saved me with regards to my suit for a wedding.
It isn't my usual Jos. A. Bank, but I was travelling for a wedding and they fixed my issue quickly and with such a high level of customer service that I am deeply grateful to them.

After a really harrowing experience at another chain men's formalwear store, I had came in with an appointment on a Tuesday afternoon and having the pleasure of working with Mario, who spent two hours with me and my fiance coordinating my wedding outfit and setting up the rentals for the groomsmen.

He was patient, educated me on nuances that I was either barely aware of or not at all, such as the 4.5" hand length that the sleeve of the jacket should stop at, and didn't try to oversell us on things we didn't need.

He was able to anticipate what I would like before I had a chance to look at it, but also offered other options, even though he had a good sense of what would work first.
