Joe Kay showed up to our home early (always a good sign) and ready to work. Because we are selling our 80 yr old home, we had a small list of repairs/upgrades we needed, which we had sent to Kay Electric in advance. Joe arrived prepared to bang'em all out. And he did. He allowed me to give him a tour of the home, pointing out the work that was needed. Joe then explained in detail exactly what he was going to do and how long it will take him. Before I knew it he was done. Again, Joe took the time to thoroughly show and explain to me the awesome work he had performed.
I have said it once and I will say it again. When I get the phone number of a contractor that is punctual, articulate, skilled and professional, I hold onto it like my last breath.
