Met all the general expectations of a hotel stay. They don't have a pool (my bad for not checking ahead) or included/continental breakfast, but there is a Starbucks/market available in the first half of the day (though it seemed a bit over-priced, so we went elsewhere for breakfast). There is a bar/restaurant in the evenings. It was fun and convenient but also felt over-priced. It was quite loud on our floor the first night of our two night stay, but I realize that was a guest issue, not necessarily a hotel issue. Great proximity to the airport.

Front desk staff were very courteous and provided all the information I needed for my stay. I was upgraded to a Junior Suite which was very spacious. Has everything you need and then some.

The Delta Pantry on Floor 12 for Platinum Elite and up is a nice touch. Scored some drinks and snacks for later in the evening and a quick breakfast before leaving for the airport.

Food is served from the bar currently, but is definitely restaurant quality. The bartender was exceptionally friendly and personable on Friday evening.

Only two points were negative but the first was resolved.

1. There was no shampoo in the room (only conditioner, soap, and body lotion) when I arrived. Requested shampoo in the Marriott app and it was provided promptly to my room by housekeeping. Resolved quickly and professionally.

2. The staff don't really have a way to remedy this, but the hotel is very loud. Lots of yelling in the hallways by other guests and you can hear people talking in other rooms through the ventilation. Short of renovations, there isn't really a way to fix this.

In summary this hotel offers spacious rooms, great service, and tasty food. You may just need some earplugs.

My plane arrived near midnight. The shuttle was there in less than five minutes. The driver was courteous, open the door, carried my bag and introduced himself. The front desk associates were friendly and professional. The room was immaculate and comfortable. Everyone was very pleasant and greeted you every time you came in contact with someone. I will stay here again. It would be nice to have a small microwave in the room. But there is one in the lobby area.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean, and all of the amenities made me feel right at home. The temperature and water pressure in the shower were excellent, the bathroom was well-lit, and the air conditioning kept the room just right. Some of the other guests made some noise into the evening, but it wasn't anything that would affect how I felt about the facility. Also, they allowed me to stay in my same room another night when my plans changed. Thank you for your hospitality!
