I’ve been taking my car to Jim’s since moving to the area last year. Everyone has always been very helpful when I’ve called or stopped by with questions, and folks at the shop have been kind and professional. I’ve been able to get my car in and out in pretty much the same day. Prices are very reasonable.

Took my car in for inspection, the mechanic kept me updated throughout the work to confirm how I wished to proceed with repairs. The employees were honest, helpful, & female friendly (you know how some places like to oversell to customers they think don’t have as much knowledge of cars, etc.). I will be back to Jim’s again for my inspection next year!

Jim's Auto service did an awesome job attaching a new mirror to my car! They were polite and greeted me as soon as I pulled into the parking lot. I waited for the service and It was done before I could even begin siping my coffee. Highly recommend, great first experience.

Good help it's hard to find and that's why I couldn't go without leaving a positive review. I ended up taking my car to Jim's because the dealership doesn't accept car shield... Of course I did my research and everything 1st but you're always skeptical taking your car to a regular shop not knowing the outcome. At Jim's they were extremely professional and kept me posted up-to-date on what was wrong with my car they not only fixed the car but diagnosed a problem that the dealership didn't even tell me was wrong. I am grateful and thankful for the mechanics and service that you have there I will be back in the future thanks you guys are the best and have solidified my service and recommendation 👍🏾👍🏾

Recently moved to the area and of course my old Mazda Tribute started having issues. Jim's Auto was able to quickly inspect, identify, and repair everything. Price was fair. The Tribute has been running great ever since. Will be my new go-to garage.
