I just had a new roof installed by JBA Improvements in November 2022. James and his staff did a fantastic job on my roof and only used high quality materials. They also put a new roof on my two story house in one day and perfect clean-up. James also did several siding repairs on my house and I could not tell where the repair was done! Not only did Jimmy come by in a timely fashion, he made sure to go through each and every Step of the process with me. He made sure I was aware of the price increasement as well On some of the gutters that I previously inquired about.
Which you always appreciate because some contractors will just start the job and then let you know about it afterwards. They were in-and-out installing new gutters And he does not use any filmsy material that will end up breaking or being damaged.

2nd he is a all around good guy and even pointed out a defective shingle on my roof saving me $5,000+ in damage repairs I would have had to make if that would have gone unnoticed. The roof is still under warranty and he went through the steps of how to put a claim in.

3rd he is very knowledgeable and I appreciate all the tips and advise he gave me throughout this process. I will be using him for all of my future home projects, give him a call and even if he can't do it he will point you in the right direction on where to properly complete any job you may have! We used Jimmy to repair all the facia around our home. He was reasonable and communicated every step from estimate to cleanup. JBA was prompt and cleaned up completely after the job was finished. This JBA Improvements LLC is absolutely amazing! When we first purchased our home he did our garage roof! It needed to be done before we could move in. The roof was finished so quick and it looks amazing! It’s been 2 1/2 years and it’s still holding up great! Recently we had a problem with our home and the roof leaking. Jimmy was very educated on roofing and we found out that it isn’t even done correctly! He’s been doing everything he can to help us get our roof fixed! He is a friend of ours, but that’s not why I’m hyping his company up. I’m honestly just glad that we have someone so amazing at his job to even turn to! We all know that this job isn’t cheap and we all need someone to trust. This company is definitely someone you can trust! I am currently battling cancer so going through something this big isn’t easy on us. JBA improvements llc has been making it so much easier for us, as we are also first time homebuyers and have no clue what to do to get help. He has given us all the information he knows to help us through this hard time! I am forever grateful for everything so far they have done for me and my family.
