Staff were always professional, courteous and helpful with billing reminders, assistance with changing storage size and accommodations with my move-in and move-out. The facilty manager, thoroughly explained the facility rules and process before I signed my contract, so there were no unexpected monetary surprises. I had a good experience at the Berlin facility and I want to personally thank the manager, Rashuan, for his professionalism, mannerism and customer service. I recommend Prime Storage Berlin.

My only beef is the amount they are charging for rental. But their customer service was excellent. They truly went out of their way To help me with a difficult situation.. For those that can afford it prime storage is a great place to have a storage unit.

Under new management. These guys are handling their business well. Great furst impression and customer service from Kelly. Clean facility with both climate controlled and drive up storage. Affordable storage cost with great, fluid customer service. Highly recommended
