Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy

The best review I can give, is that, for my first visit I arrived in lots of pain. Bill knew I needed a deep muscle massage to relax my neck muscles. I left with no pain. I do like how friendly they are but more importantly, I have had little pain since.

I've gone a few times to work out pains out of my body. Easy scheduling. Guide you through all your exercises. Its gotten me back to normal several times. Would recommend for body tune ups!

The physical therapy I received here exceeded my expectations in every way! I came in with a torn ACL and meniscus and Bill not only helped me improve these, but also recommended back stretches that seriously improved some unrelated back pain I had been experiencing on and off for years. Today was my last day, and I feel comfortable and confident taking what I've learned forward.

I tore my ACL and meniscus and went to PTW in Harleysville before and after I had surgery. Following my surgery, I received a call from PTW to see how I was doing a few days after surgery, which meant a lot! I then went three days a week for about three months before going back to school. The staff (Bill, Ian, and Mike) are all very knowledgable, encouraging, and provide the best exercises specific to your situation. The environment at PTW was great and I experienced so much progress while I was there. I was sad to leave after three months of being there!

If I had to be doing physical therapy 3x a week for 4 months anywhere, I'm glad it was here. I genuinely was a little sad to be done because the staff (and honestly even fellow patients I got to know) made it a great experience on my road to recovery.

What I loved about PTW Harleysville, from a recovery standpoint, is that it truly felt like Bill, Ian, Mike and Maya were in my corner, as a team, to get me back to where I was before the back issues started.

They were great at explaining what/why we were doing an exercise. The homework they gave really complemented what we did in session. It felt collaborative. They encouraged.

But the one thing I appreciated the most, as a patient, is THEY LISTENED. I would explain how I was feeling or what I was doing and they would ask questions, dig into it for possible solutions and make adjustments to our plan. I quickly learned not to feel hopeless when things didn't seem like they were working or pain got worse because they truly listened and worked to make sure I got exactly what I needed.

Truly, you couldn't find a better team. They are all so personable and the atmosphere is great -- I genuinely enjoyed being there!

I worked with Bill the most and I can't say enough good things about him and how thorough he is.

Each therapist brought their own strength to the table and I highly recommend being flexible and willing to see any of them for that reason.

Mike always seemed to challenge me with new exercises and had a knack for knowing exactly what exercises/stretches I need when I was struggling or stuck. Ian was always so knowledgeable and made sure I understood various aspects of my pain/recovery.

Can't recommend them enough -- seriously!
