(February 22, 2020, 7:54 am)Saw Dr. O'Connell at Horsham office. Online appointment process was super easy (used for routine physical so not an urgent or sick visit). Staff at practice were nice and helpful. Doc was great - spent a lot of time with me and did a very thorough review. Lab results communicated quickly and nurse followed up with additional phone call for my questions. Excellent experience!
