Instrumental Change, Counseling Beyond Talk Therapy

Dr. Colleen Fitzpatrick has been a blessing to our family. Our child was diagnosed with selective mutism and had anxiety around others. Colleen taught us patience and counseled us through our child’s diagnosis and provided us with so much insight that changed our approach and perspective. She seemed to crack the code with our child and it took time but within six months our child’s confidence rose, her engagement soared and she eventually found her voice again. We are so thankful to have found Dr. Colleen. She is intelligent, engaging, insightful, warm, encouraging and personable and was always there for us.

As somebody who was always against seeking therapy, Colleen has shown me that I could not be more misguided.
