I wish there were more stars to give to Inspire Behavioral - I've been a client since the summer and I can't say enough good things about the practice. Starting from the beginning, the communication has been so timely, so kind, and so helpful. Donna has been such a pleasure to coordinate with and a continuous support system for the clients. Scheduling in this field can be atrocious, but the prompt scheduling available has been such a pleasure and super helpful. I began my journey with Ms. Rizzardi and have reached the most beneficial and successful medicinal regiment thus far in my 10 years of medicine. Not only is she easy to work with, but is so knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Secondly, Ms. Brady has been an incredible support system with incredible therapeutic skills and we've built a connection that's imperative for therapy. I couldn't be more thankful for the combination of services and guidance I've received thus far. I've recommended Inspire to anyone that will listen and I look forward to being a client for many years.

Christina Rizzardi is wonderful, and really listens and explains her rationale for prescribing. The office is great, very communicative! Overall, incredibly happy! So difficult to find a practice like this!

My therapist recommended Inspire Behavioral Health to me last year. I was initially hesitant to begin seeing a psychiatrist and was worried about what medicine was right for me, the stigma of medication, and how it would affect me in the long-run. When I inquired about setting up an appointment, Donna responded very quickly to me and was so kind! She helped me work through the insurance and scheduling details. She's always prompt in sending appointment reminders and is always a pleasure to work with!
Dr. Ott has had such a profound impact on my mental health. She does an amazing job at validating and combatting the fears associated with medicine. Over the past year, I've gotten so much out of my appointments with her. She creates such a comfortable place to talk and I look forward to my sessions with her every time. Dr. Ott is extremely easy to talk to and I feel like I can tell her anything and be my authentic self. She is extremely wise and has excellent insight into my behaviors and trauma. She knows exactly how to validate me in the ways I need and offers such practical input. If I could, I would have a session with her every day. I'm very thankful to Inspire Behavioral Health and I have benefitted so much from their practice.

My son, currently in middle school, has a unique learning style and has always performed well in school with the appropriate supports. We, as parents, have always worked with his educators to support him with the right tools. When pandemic conditions necessitated virtual learning, it presented many challenges that we weren't prepared for. When a teacher at school recommended mental health supports, we were initially surprised but soon came to realize that these clinicians were able to help him identify and understand how his unique style sometimes fit, and sometimes didn't, with the mainstream. They normalized for him that it was okay to experience frustration and other mood changes at times, and introduced tools for him to self-regulate. Two years into the pandemic and I'm now thankful for the whole experience. It has given our son, and my family, more insight into how to take care of ourselves and each other.
