(February 7, 2022, 3:34 pm)We’ve been members at Santander for a few years now and have very little to complain about. Everyone is always professional and helpful when you go into the branch or call for assistance! My only complaint is that they switch bank managers often and spend a good amount of time cold calling their customers to see how things are and if they have questions. Which is great, once. But they’ve called my husband and I several times in the last week or so for this function. Thanks for being thorough, but I assure you if something was wrong or we had questions we’d call.

Had an lovely conversation with the manager, which to me is above & beyond customer service! Will def be there opening up an account in the best future!
