Innovative carpet cleaning

Dealing with Jake has been a pleasure. We had a stain on our new carpet and he got it out. The first time after he did it, it didn’t come all the way out. We called him and he came back over which did the trick. I highly recommend him. He didn’t use any type of bleach or chemicals. There wasn’t a bad odor from the natural solution that he uses. Thank you Jake!!!

On December 22, our almost 2 year olds got a hold of an industrial permanent marker and decided to do some art work on the couch and wall. We waited until after the holidays to call someone. We called Innovative Carpet Cleaning and they were amazing. Not only was he professional, but he got the marker out. He took so much time tending to the details and we were so impressed with the work. We’ll definitely call again, but not for permanent markers, they’re banned from our house.

The owner Jake did an amazing job! He was professional, courteous, and took great care to protect my furniture and belongings in the process. He arrived right on time and was able to get out all the stains I’ve been trying to get out forever with ease! When he showed up he explained exactly what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. I’ve honestly never worked with a carpet cleaner that had as much knowledge as he did. I was extremely impressed and he really showed he was an expert with how well everything came out. I couldn’t recommend this company more. If you need a carpet cleaner I wouldn’t consider anyone else!

Jake did an amazing job on my sectional! My one year old destroyed the couch and we made it even worse by trying to clean it ourselves leaving tons of water stains. He was able to fit me in next day and was so kind and professional. As you can see in the before and after photos, the couch looks amazing after his thorough cleaning!

What great service, friendly owner, and such a great price! I had a carpet cleaner not show up and am moving out of my apartment. Jake came out and helped to get my entire apartments carpets cleaned so quick! What a great job too. My carpets looked brand new again. I will 100% be using this company again!
