This is one of the best personal training facilities I’ve ever been apart of. It’s hard to not sound like an Info-Commercial when your talking about Coach Cozart, because he’s just that good! Very knowledgeable and has the experience to back it up! Nobody wants to be coached by a guy that doesn’t practice what he preaches, and as you can see this man’s physic speaks for itself! If your looking to get in the best shape of your life and willing to put in the effort, then this is the place for you!

Coach Dorian has helped me surpassed my limit. I been training with him for almost a year. Within this year I accomplished an amazing transformation from losing weight burning off 40lbs fatt to gaining weight adding some muscle! This journey has been worth every blood and sweat! He takes his client’s very serious and knows exactly how to give the people what they want for their own goal purpose. I would of never thought I would ever be in the shape I’m in now before I started with him and grateful for his fitness knowledge he gives his client to understand where, how and why they are doing a particular work out! I highly recommend anyone that wants health changes, he is the man to go to! Thanks for the outstanding service you provide to your clients.

This is gym is amazing. Coach Dorian really focuses on your goals. This place has a great atmosphere and it really pushes you no matter what level you’re on or what age you are. You definitely feel stronger leaving this place. I’ve been with this gym for months, almost a year, and I don’t have a single complaint. I’ve seen progress and coach pushes and challenges you to get right. I’m so thankful to find a gym that accommodates to my crazy schedule. Coach also provides nutrition plans, recommends great products. There’s also Saturday boot camp that is so fun and is a good start to the weekend.I don’t see myself leaving any time soon. I’ve been training with Dorian for 3 months and I am extremely impressed with his services. He is very knowledgeable and he understands what it takes to help you get the results that you are looking for. I am beyond satisfied with my results. I also started training my 8 year old son with Dorian and we saw results immediately. My son is stronger and faster than all the kids on his basketball team. Both my son and I really appreciate Dorian’s hard work and guidance with training. I highly recommend him.
