Prior to arrival, Craig was extremely helpful with providing directions to the main entrance as well as to my loved one. The facility was clean, staff was friendly and professional and main entrance was well lit in the evening. I was quite impressed during my first visit with it all and was reassured that my loved one is getting the care needed during a stressful time.

It should be noted that this is the rehabilitation unit of Holland Village.

Cellphone service is unreliable within the facility but Wi-Fi accessible.

This is the second time my husband and and I have used Two Men and a Truck, and both times they offered phenomenal service! They were fast, efficient, and careful with our items. Will continue to recommend them!

We used Two Men and a Truck previously with good results. Then we made the mistake of using someone else (IVL) based on a recommendation. What a mistake as it was overpriced, surprise costs, and damaged furniture. We had another move and I went back to Two Men and a Truck and had another great experience. We will not use anyone else! They are easier to use and take care of your items.

I used Two Men & a truck for the fist time and was very impressed by the professionalism. The crew was fast, efficient, and gentle with my belongings. Tim, Tate, and Juliannie are a dream team. Would highly recommend!
