Hirschberg Mechanical treated our no heat and no hot water emergency like it was their own!

From our first contact with Kathy at 2pm on a Friday we knew we were in good hands! Dylan & Shawn were out to our home within the hour to get a look at our gas boiler that had been down for nine days.

While two other companies had us play the “waiting game” trying to locate parts, within minutes Dylan & Shawn diagnosed and communicated a plan to get it working for us today!

We are absolutely thrilled with the success of their outside of the box thinking that didn’t even break the bank!

Hirschberg Mechanical is great, very pleased with this company and their services. We called Hirschberg to look at our heat pump because it was not shutting off for hours and they sent someone out right away (like within 20min). Jon was absolutely amazing and as soon as he arrived he got straight to work, moving with such haste. Given that it was an emergency call, pricing works differently than a service call and Jon got right to work. You could sense he wanted to fix our issue asap rather than drag it out. He resolved our malfunctioning heat pump and installed a new Thermostat. Jon is knowledgeable and answered all our questions, he went above and beyond and we are so happy with this company. I would recommend this company for all of your HVAC services! Jon saved the day!

I’ve met with Jon from Hirschberg twice now. Really nice guy to begin with. He’s incredibly thorough and knowledgeable and also explains the purpose of everything he does for those who are curious about HVAC systems. I had just switched from another outfit I wasn’t really happy about and Jon helped me realize I had made the right decision switching over to Hirschberg. Everyone in their back office was great to work with as well!

I have used Hirschberg Mechanical twice and they solved my sewage back up (a mess). Another company was going to replace the pipe and requested the removal of my tree with a full stump removal (for about $15,000) - they still charged me $360 for not removing the sewage backup! However, Hirschberg did it for a fraction of the cost without having to replace the pipe and removing the tree. They were professional, explained everything well, did it until it was done, courteous, and prompt! Relieved now I have someone reliable to call! I highly recommend them! (Not paid for this- it is my personal free review from a satisfied customer!)
