I was not new to hearing aids or hearing tests, but needed a fresh opinion. When I saw an ad in the newspaper, I called and had my first contact with Jackie Krimm and the staff at Miracle-Ear. My sister had gotten her hearing aids at a Miracle-Ear near where she lives and had said she had had a great experience, so I thought I would see what she was raving about. I certainly believe that she should have been hyped because of her experience as I was too. Jackie and the staff at Miracle-Ear in Mt. Laurel, NJ were competent, clear in answering any questions, welcoming, and comforting. I have since gotten a hearing-aid and am happy with my choice. I'm sorry that I didn't research more when I first needed a hearing aid, although finances play a big part in choices. Do not be concerned or anxious, try them out, I am sure that your experience will be the same as mine. GREAT!

Last week, I took my Mom to the Miracle Ear on Route 38 in Mount Laurel, NJ. I can't say enough great things about our experience. Let me begin by noting in this time of COVID, the store was spotless. Also, Jackie, the audiologist, was exceptional. She was informative and patient with my 91 year old mother, who can be stubborn and in denial about her hearing deficit. She provided a professional assessment and gave us many options without any pressure. We left feeling more confident that we had a serious problem addressed by an accomplished, professional audiologist. I look forward to returning to pick up my Mom's hearing aids.

The recent experience I had with Jackie Krimm, the Hearing Instrument Specialist at the Mount Laurel, NJ office was exceptional. Jackie handled my 103 year old mother with professionalism, kindness, and informative information. When she followed up with a call, I had to tell her it was great to experience true service and I would be happy to write this review. If needed, you would be doing a dis-service to yourself not to consider Jackie's exceptional customer service and quality hearing aids.

I have been a client of Miracle Ear for a few years now initially going to the Freehold, NJ location . After a ownership change I was introduced to Jackie Krimm . I was immediately comfortable with Jackie , She is warm , comforting and very knowledgeable of the products that Miracle Ear provides .
Jackie is very compassionate and concerned to my needs with severe hearing loss .
After a few months passed I had a follow up routine appointment and was very disappointed that Jackie had transferred to the Mount Laurel office ..
While everyone I've encountered and dealt with at Miracle Ear as been great they are not Jackie .
Jackie's Customer service and care is beyond extraordinary , Their are few who I can say that about., So I now make it a point to travel to Jackie's Mount Laurel , NJ office about a 40 minute drive from my home . But I don't mind what so ever knowing I'm with the absolute best care I can find .
Jackie and the team at Miracle Ear Mount Laurel deserve (6) Stars .
