When we apologized for the change, Harvard at HC Wood always said, "No problem. It's important to get it done right." (2) When we eventually decided on a simpler design, Harvard lowered the price quote. We would have paid it even if he did not drop the price, but he chose professionalism over plain profit-making. (3) Harvard showed care for the family as well as their beloved one, making his practice part of the healing process.

The final product exactly matched what we wanted. High-quality materials; simple/elegant design. When I touched the headstone, it gave me a timeless feel.
