Unmanageable, it is very good, and very grateful

My wife and I had the pleasure of using the services of Harkes Realty & Associates for the sale of our previous home, and the purchase of our current home. We couldn't have made a better choice.

Our realtor, Fareeda Stokes, was very knowledgeable about the market and held our hand throughout the process on both ends. Our previous home sold within days of the listing, AND it sold above our asking price. (Cha-Ching!)

She was extremely patient with the search for our new home. I'm sure we must have been her most indecisive clients ever. My wife's vision was so far from my vision of our new home that I'm sure our realtor was thinking we should have been buying two separate houses.

For months, we visited house after house after house. This was due to our forever changing criteria we had for the home we wanted.

Fareeda was patient. She was resourceful. She was persistent.
