(March 4, 2020, 12:08 pm)I would recommend Mark's Tai Chi instruction for anyone who can benefit from this range-of-motion meditative therapy. I have witnessed Mark's sessions for seniors at Encore Experiences in Harleysville for several years. Many other seniors have benefitted as I have. His practice is consistent, correct, and a useful entry point for anyone interested in Qui Gong or the exercise forms of martial art.
