Hampton Inn Burlington/Mt. Holly

I had ended up living here for a month or so. Customer service is spot on they will work with you it's super clean the only issue I had at the moment we were there was housekeeping wasn't very good. I don't know right now this was during the summertime and they were having issues with housekeeping trying to actually keep someone there to work. The issue we were having was a language barrier and when you would call down to the front desk you would ask to exchange towels and they would tell you they would send somebody right up and no one would ever come up other than that it was a great place I never had any issues and I felt safe parking my car there during the day and that night no shady characters or nothing.

I’ve stayed here several times the last 4-5 years and have always enjoyed my stay. Friendly staff even when it’s really late.
They vary what is severed for breakfast a little bit which is nice if you stay several days like me. Coffee :-) and tea is available most hours.
Never had or heard others talk about bed bugs; i always use the luggage stands. Pool looks clean but I’ve never used it. Note this hotel shares a parking lot with Cracker Barrel so what else could you need. Located adjacent to NJ turn pike and interstate is a couple easy miles.

Got in way late-- about 3:30 a.m.-- and received super cheerful service. Breakfast was hot and good. Room was super clean and had a wardrobe for clothing storage instead of a closet. No room for monsters. It was really great. Definitely would stay there again.
