Chris and Shawn were incredibly helpful in helping us decide between refinishing our existing floors and installing new hardwood floors, and we are so glad we chose to get new floors on our entire first floor. Chris did an amazing job on the installation, and every last detail was taken care of, including replacing some of the subfloor at our request to ensure that a smell from the previous homeowners' pets would no longer be an issue. From the very first call from Shawn to learn of my needs, to the last day of work (including self-inspection and site cleanup) by Chris - Hampstead flooring delivered on their promise to treat our project/home like it was their own. I was impressed with the detailed craftsmanship and diligent work ethic. The Hampstead team was meticulous in their effort to match our existing floors and make the new install transition seamlessly with the old. I only wish I had known these gentlemen before having my previous floors installed.
