I had an incredible experience at Granite Run Buick. When we came in, we worked with David as our salesperson, he was extremely kind and helpful. He was knowledgeable about the details of what cars had exactly what I was looking for. Everyone in the dealership was super friendly and welcoming from the woman at the front desk when you walked in, to the salespeople, up to the manager Frank who we also spoke with. Everyone went above and beyond. I would recommend this dealership to everyone and will definitely be back the next time I purchase a vehicle. Truly the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Thank you.

Just recently purchase a truck from Victor here and let me tell you if you want someone who is honest , censure and a pleasure to deal with Victor is your guy ! I recently needed service on my vehicle due to a mechanical failure. I am from out of state and was visiting locally, Cat and Bill Fretz listened to me, made me feel very comfortable, and took care of all my needs. I called on a Friday morning, spoke with Cat and she assured me that they would be able to check my vehicle that day and most likely have it repaired that day once I got my vehicle to them. Upon arrival I was greeted by Bill and within 2 hours they had diagnosed my vehicle. Unfortunately, the part I needed would not be available until the next Monday. My vehicle was repaired on Monday as promised and I was able to return home with no problems. I highly recommend this dealership to all for any service(s) that may be needed. We had such a wonderful experience buying my husband’s new truck from Dennis at Granite Run GMC. Dennis was so helpful and answered all of our questions. And I asked a lot of questions!!! We loved how personally he got to know us.
