Probably the best place for local healthy eats! From their special lattes, to their delicious smoothies and don’t get me started with their toast options (my fav is the pesto smash). Just an amazing atmosphere overall, the employees are friendly and kind. Def check out their market while checking out, I always leave with some goodies!!

Goodness Bowls is easily my go-to smoothie and bowl shop. On top of those staples, their salads and sandwiches are also fresh and delicious. The staff is always super friendly and willing to accommodate all orders. I can’t recommend this place enough!! An easy 5 star rating!!

I love Goodness Bowls! Not only is the food amazing, but the service is unmatched. The employees and owners alike go above & beyond to make sure you have an enjoyable experience. They also have the cutest little market with unique treats and drinks. I love the Avalon location, and I couldn't be happier to have a more local spot for all year round!
