Good Vibes Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

I honestly wish I found this place years ago. I'm brand new to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, about a month into it and it has made a massive positive impact in my life. I've lost weight, gained muscle, gained confidence, expanded my knowledge, and best of all I never thought I would have much fun doing it!

Coach Chris is extremely knowledgeable and a great teacher. He takes the time to work with the new students like myself to make sure we are understanding the positions and most importantly WHY. Above all, he's a great mentor who truly cares about his students and makes us feel like family.

The students that I train with are amazing, the upper belts are very helpful and always share their knowledge. They come from all walks of life and over time have become people that I enjoy talking to and rolling with.

Drop in for a fundamentals class, I promise you'll have a good time and a deep appreciation for the knowledge and skill that truly makes Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu an art form.

Excellent BJJ school; Professor Chris is the best! The advanced belts are incredibly supportive of new students. I highly recommend for anyone interested in martial arts or self defense in general.

Professor Chris is easily the most exceptional instructor that I've ever had the pleasure of meeting and the privilege of training under. His exceptional instruction is very evident as you meet the rest of the team, whose skill is second to none, and even though they're all very highly skilled, extremely tough people they never look down on anyone and they're all incredibly welcoming and helpful to any and everyone that walks through the door. From top to bottom everyone shows that team feeling and just has an awesome atmosphere that I look forward to everyday. I would give it 10 stars if that was an option.

Excellent instruction ! It all starts with Professor Chris ! My son's and I have been training under Chris for years . Wouldn't want to train anywhere else. Great training partners that are all experience levels from beginners to college wrestlers!

Professor Chris has a phenomenal teaching style that focuses on critical details. There is a great mix among the belt levels with a high standard in each. His kids and teen classes have students who all enjoy getting time on the mat as well.
