Glen Hollow Apartments

I have lived here for 7 years. Rent goes up and more Gets taken away...however the office staff are very nice and the maintenance is EXCELLENT. The grounds and buildings are maintained very clean as well. They could improve the playground area and basketball courts but other then that I have enjoyed living here.

I have lived here for about 4 years, I love my one bedroom Jr. Apartment, Like other Corporations there may be issues, but all in all it’s a wonderful place to live. The grounds are beautiful, maintenance is excellent, every time I’ve had an issue it was well taken care of. I definitely think it’s family friendly, and the majority of our community here are good hard working people who care about, and take care of where they live.

I just renewed my lease for my 14th year here. Under new management and working on repairing the buildings that were damaged by last summer's hurricanes. Also upgrading units. Staff is very efficient when there is a question, maintenance issues. In my bldg. we have no trouble with our neighbors. Very little vandalism/violence. It is quite at night. My only suggestions are have better lighting near dumpsters and emptied more often. Nice place to live.
