Glen Eyre Apartments

Glen Eyre is a really nice place to live. Very clean and quiet. Our hard working maintenance team is always on top of any issues and they do a fabulous job keeping all the buildings and common areas clean and sparkling. Would especially like to mention and recognize how caring and compassionate our Apartment Manager Tamara is. Not only is she very efficient in doing her job, but she always greets you with her wonderful smile and her upbeat and vibrant personality. Tamara will always go the extra mile to make sure her tenants are happy and satisfied.

I love living at Glen Eyre. Been here almost ten years. Everyone is so nice and they keep up with the property. Everyone who visits me wants to live here. And if there is EVER a problem , Tamara in the leasing office is always here to assist and to get the job done. She is great. You must see it to believe it

Our property manager is the best. Whenever I call her she responds quickly. She makes sure that all of my needs and requests are met. Tamara goes above and beyond to make sure that the property remains at a high standard. She is easy to communicate with and is very knowledgeable. If she does not have the answer, she will make she finds and get back to me. I truly appreciate having Tamara on-site. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I currently reside at Glen Eyre Apartments, NJ for several years now. I would like to pay a special thank you to all the hard work for the office coordinator Tamara. She always takes time to make you feel welcome and listens to any concerns you may have. I love that she is very down-to-earth yet professional. I feel safe knowing that she has our best interest at heart. She is the best; hands down! Also, the Maintenance Manager Nelson is also fantastic and has saved the day many of times. God Bless! I would recommend others to come out to the development to see for yourself!

I've called Glen Eyre Home for 3 years now and I really love living here. I have to give the overall experience 4 stars. As with everything else in life there is always room for improvement so I can't give 5 stars. Most of the reasons I say it could use improvement, with the exception of one, are not worth mentioning because they are more pesky in nature than real problems and they are always taken care of eventually. In my experience, the office staff is always friendly, helpful, and accommodating when you reach out to them with an issue. When I send an email with a request it is responded to promptly. The maintenence staff is friendly, helpful, and trustworthy. I never have felt uncomfortable letting them go in my apartment when I'm not there, but they do always ask for my permission beforehand. My place is always treated with respect when they come to address an issue I am having. The complex is beautiful and the grounds are well maintained However, I hope there is a redesign underway for the trash area. Other than that, I'm a happy tenant. Keep up the good work.
