Everything about making my first purchase from Gerhard's Appliance was amazing! First was speaking with a knowledgeable salesman, Austin Groeber, who helped me select the best dishwasher to meet my needs. I live in NJ and found Gerhards online. There was a reasonable delivery fee to cover the distance but otherwise I was looking at a year+ wait to get a "panel ready" dishwasher. As for day of delivery, Gerhard uses text and emails to keep you updated as to the arrival of my technician, Jamie. He arrived within the 4 hour windown that was provided ahead of time and arrived as expected. Jamie was professional and extremely quick in his installation of my Bosch dishwasher. Will definitely be calling Gerhard's for future appliance purchases! Thank You Gerhards!

Purchased a LG washer/dryer tower from Phil at Gerhards Spring House location. Phil help me quickly without any attempt to sell me on any other products. Gerhard's had the model I wanted in stock (a rare occurrence in the current environment) and had it delivered and installed in six days in my center city townhouse. The delivery/install crew were pleasant and did a great job in a tough house (several stories up and a tight hallway). Overall a great experience and a pleasant surprise after so many disappointing purchases at the big box stores. Scott G
