we had a bad cockroach problem in our kitchen and it got to a point where they lived in the house for us, it was really embarrassing. my daughter called vinnie for an initial spray and he was very transparent about the situation when he came out and that it was not a one shot deal. he informed us where the source was coming from and ways we could increase the chances of them not coming back. we scheduled a second spray as recommended and it’s been a month since we saw 10+ critters come out at night to 0!

My kitchen was overrun with tiny black ants. I called Genext and within two hours Vinnie was at my house. He spent a considerable amount of time placing poison and spraying in several spots and guaranteed that if he hadn’t taken care of the problem he would come back.
Within two days my ant problem was gone!

He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest/up front about our issues. He went the extra mile and treated additional areas outside of our immediate problem, to help ease our concerns and ensure we were comfortable and confident that our issue was resolved. He was very friendly, on time, and services are reasonably priced too! We will definitely be using this company again for all of our exterminating needs.

If you need any bug extermination or treatment Vinnie is your guy! He was very prompt and responsive. I emailed him later in the evening for a quote and he went out to the home I’m purchasing at 9pm, sent the quote and was willing to complete the job the next day! Customer service is remarkable! He educated me on the process and was able to completed it in a. Timely manner. Price was well worth it and was more reasonable than other with the warranty he provided! He gave a certificate of the work he completed and followed up a week later just to check in! Definitely recommend this business for all of your big needs!

My usual pest treatment plan doesn't include termite treatment, so I found GenExt on google and contacted them based on raving reviews. The reviews are valid - Vinnie (the owner) was able to visit my home within an hour, validated the termite problem, gave me a quote for 3 or 5 yr protection within minutes, and treated the problem area immediately. He scheduled the treatment for my full premise for next day. He helped clean up the mess, respected my no-shoe request by wearing a shoe cover, and further recommended a contractor who may be able to help repair the damage left by termites. It felt nice to support a local, small, and hard-working business.
