Had a nasty blockage in the sewer line, about as far from the house as possible... turned out to be really big roots that had closed off 90% of the drain and was backing up into our home.

Gartland brought in their heavy-duty, high-pressure Jet cleaning machine and literally obliterated the roots. Then they sent their sewer line camera through the pipe to verify it was completely cleared, all the way to the sewer-main in the middle of the street.

It was a really cool process to watch!

Also of note was Gartland Plumbing's punctuality, professionalism, AND, they even cleaned up the area better than they found it!

Needless to say we are tickled with their service! And, it was quite reasonable. They are now our go-to plumbing guys... you will not be disappointed with their service!

Joe and his team went out of their way to accommodate me for the day and time to use a high tech “jet clean” machine to remove roots in my sewer line. They explained how it would do a much better job than conventional sewer cleaning methods.

Their price was more than fair compared to other companies offering similar services. Joe always answered his phone when I called to get things scheduled and afterwards when I had follow up questions. They were professionals from start to finish. I plan to keep Gartland Plumbing & Heating as my “go to” for any issues that come up in the future. I’d recommend them to family and friends too.

We have been using the Gartlands for the past 3+ years. From a pipe clog at our previous home, to a kitchen/bathroom remodel in our new home, shower faucet replacements, and the occasional “is this normal?!” issue. They are always fast to respond and come out, are sweet to our pets (what originally sold me was that Sean was on the ground letting our pup), and we’ve used other contractors based on their recommendation. We wouldn’t use anyone else, and recommend them to everyone we know.

Gartland Plumbing did a fantastic job! They installed 2 toilets, installed water lines for a floating vanity and a regular vanity. Shawn installed shower fixtures in master bathroom as well. He was very efficient and knowledgeable throughout the process. Gave me a good price and completed the jobs in a timely manner. I would highly recommend!
