Garden Path Acupuncture

After I broke my hand, Dr. Putnam did a half hour of acupucture. It reduced the swelling in my broken hand. And cut my pain in half. Without having to remove the splint or touch the injured area.

The acupuncture itself did not hurt. I arrived in acute pain and very vulnerable, and she helped me to feel comfortable with the whole process by explaining everything.

The acupuncture went well. But if it had hurt, I could trust her to stop doing it. The fact that she is not pushy, and has good boundaries, helped tremendously. I plan to go back for more acupuncture after my hand surgery.

Yesterday I bought natural Chinese medicine remedy for my arthritis pain. It really helped!
