Dear Andrea,
On Nov 21, you cremated a dog named ROCKEY. He was a very special lovely boy who shared eight wonderful years with us.
Knowing in November his life would end, I tried to decide between cremation and burial. I was afraid that the crematory would not treat him individually but would include him with other pets. I no longer have this fear.
Your organization handled Rockey’s cremation professionally and with dignity. You treated him as though he was as important to you as he had been and still is to me. For that, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
You perform a wonderful service for us who choose cremation for our pet ROCKEY was not “just” a pet — he was my trusted friend & confidant. He gave his love, loyalty & devotion freely. It was an honor to be loved by him

My mother's dog passed away in his sleep 5 days ago. She called me for help and I immediately rushed over. I called the vet and was told that I could meet them in their parking lot and they would take the dog's body. In 6-7 weeks, they would send us his ashes.

I felt there was another solution out there and I went to google. Friends Forever Pet Crematory popped up and I gave a call. Andrea picked up and provided me information and said she could see us that very day.

We arrived at the facility-- it was clean, well cared for and felt very much like a warm and friendly funeral home.

Andrea laid out my mom's dog and discussed with us the options. I was amazed at the different options available to us. We even felt we had a mini, unofficial viewing for Rocky; it was the closure we needed.

Yesterday, I got a call from Andrea letting me know that Rocky's ashes were ready for pick up. When I arrived, she had a lovely bag containing Rocky's wooden box with an engraved label, a vial of his fur, a plaster mold of his paw prints, and a certificate with Rocky's paw prints in ink.

My father passed away a decade ago and we had him cremated. After the memorial service, the funeral home director told me to retrieve my father's ashes, and I remember being surprised that they were in a black cardboard box. Our dog got a better send off than my father!

Lastly, the vet told me the cost for parking lot pick up and it was only 5 dollars less than what Andrea charged us! The price is surprisingly affordable considering what you receive.

All I can say is this was an absolutely wonderful, caring, gentle experience during a rough time for us. Andrea is lovely and I absolutely will recommend Friend Forever to my friends and family who have pets.

Our beloved Basset Hound Dakota passed away after a wonderful 14 years with us. Andrea was absolutely wonderful in helping us through a very difficult time. She is very professional and compassionate, and she is punctual with our appointments. Our fur baby passed away on Saturday night, and Andrea came in at 11 PM to meet us. Her facility is warm, clean and well-kept like a family home. Andrea gave us all the possible options (urn, paw prints, photos, etc.) for cremation, and the price is reasonable. We highly recommend Andrea and Friends Forever to anyone who is going through this difficult time.

WE so do appreciate the love and compassion that Andrea has showed us over the years. First in 2020 with Dory and last month with our Lulu. They take the time to make certain you are comfortable with the process and you can ask any questions. Thank GOD for people like them during these difficult times!

My Sweet Bearded Dragon, Rosie, had surgery on Friday. She survived the surgery and came home the same day but she did not make it through the night. My heart is broken and my sweet girl is surely in heaven where I will see her again some day. Thank you Rosie for our fun times together. I miss our daily routines! xxoo I could not stop crying and my thoughts were what proper burial I would have for my sweet girl. I thankfully found Friends Forever! What an AMAZING place. They are the only reason I could get through the weekend. I called and spoke to Andrea at 6 am. She answered the phone and what a pleasant, heart-felt voice I heard on the other end. Andrea was so great and she reassured me that she would take great care of Rosie. I met her within a few hours. She had everything ready for Rosie and I asked her to keep Rosie in her blanket, which she did and Andrea even saved a piece of it and returned it with Rosie. I knew that I would get my Rosie back and not ashes of any other pet. This was my worry initially but not anymore. I picked Rosie up on Monday 4/27/20. She was well-taken care of and she rests in her beautiful box with her fav blanket. Her velvet pouch with Rainbow Bridge wording is beautiful and best yet; Andrea put her little claw print in there so I can go feel close to her whenever I am feeling down. What more can I say to you Andrea, but THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! You helped me through this and I am forever grateful.
