The service writers are excellent! They listen to my concerns and the follow through is well organized and executed!

I just wanted to shout out how wonderful Jamie and the rest of the Fretz RV service team are! My husband and I knew we were taking a risk buying a trailer built during the pandemic so we were aware we may need work. We have had 2 appointments this year. Jamie makes it easy to schedule work by accepting photos of our potential warranty work and getting things approved. We can't say enough about how they really took the time to look over my vague "slide out is weird" request to fully diagnose and repair the issue. While we live over 90 minutes away we will continue to use Fretz Service even after our warranty. Thanks so very much team!

I have some problems with the leak from one of the plastic elbows cracking and the Associates at we're so helpful and explaining a much better way to resolve the issue than just replacing it with the same part they suggested using a copper one so I wouldn't have this problem again very polite and helpful but definitely recommend!

We purchased a used blue ox hitch and tow plate. We couldn't find any local places that would install unless we purchased the parts from them. Rachel gave us an estimate and was able to get us scheduled in a timely manner. Kyle did the installation and provided detailed instruction on how to properly hook up the toad. Wonderful customer service. If we didn't live 2 hours away they would get all our business.
