Footsteps Academy

The entire Footsteps team are wonderful. I've had the joy of seeing two of my kids spend several years here. I feel very fortunate that Footsteps is in our community. I'm always delighted by what my kids learn, how the team communicates with us, and the fun everyone has. The events they throw for families are always a blast.

We absolutely love Footsteps and have been part of the family since 2018! Every single teacher is amazing! My kids had such an awesome experience attending this preschool. We’ll definitely be sad having to grow up and leave this summer.

AMAZING!! We love Footsteps Academy for our 3 year old daughter, Emily. We found out about this wonderful place from a family member whose kids also attend Footsteps. The director Keri is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond to communicate and make sure everything is clear. Our daughter's teachers are also top notch! Being a public school educator my whole life, I tend to have higher than usual expectations of teachers for my children. The teachers at Footsteps far exceed my expectations. I can genuinely say you won't get a better mix of a social, educational, and positive experience for your child at such an affordable price!

Cannot say enough good things about this school. My son has been there since the 2 year old program and is finishing up Pre-K this year. My daughter will be starting there this Sept.

First and foremost are the teachers. They are a tight knit group who LOVE these children like they are their very own. Many of their own children have gone through footsteps. I have never had a negative encounter or heard nothing but praise from my son.

I don’t know if this is always the case or we just got lucky. But my sons class is very diverse. I love that he gets to see so many different faces and learn about them.

The curriculum is fun and age appropriate. Kerri the admin has always stressed that a kids job at this age is to play. They have a bunch of incorporating play into each of their “lessons”. There is also a creative movement class that help the children build a good foundation for physical skills. Balance , jumping etc.

They have a thanksgiving show and end of year graduation ceremony where the students perform. Definitely the highlight of the year for me :).

There is so much more but I am just rambling at this point. Do yourself a favor and if you are looking for a preschool at least give them a look.

We have been so happy with our experience at Footsteps Academy for our two year old. The staff is kind and communicative. They have helped us through lots of toddler troubles like separation anxiety and potty training. Our daughter loves to go to school to participate in lots of cute activities including cooking, circle time, arts and crafts, and group play. As first time parents we were nervous for our daughter’s first school experience away from us but Footsteps made it an easy transition!
