Great place to come if your looking for home everynight gig. Everybody is pretty much om salary so you get you full pay no matter what. Sometimes there won't be work for 2 days or a load will cancel and you get to sit back and collect your full pay. In a industry where your income is never guaranteed this is a great company that does guarantee it. Only down side is that you must work every other weekend which I didn't know and that lead to me leaving Ultimately but if that's not a problem for you then this is the place for you
