(August 31, 2019, 12:00 pm)I am truly surprised at the negative reviews, can only say that I've not experienced any of the issues as they describe. I've been with this bank for 33 years and have been very satisfied. I like their online and mobile app, and I LOVE the people at the other end of their online "chat". I understand the "rules" concerning mobile deposits and the wait-time for checks to clear, and though nobody wants to wait for their money to be accessible, all banks do this. I've only been in to the actual bank about 5 times in 33 years, so can't evaluate on-site staff. The only negative I have found is that their loan rates are not competitive and it's annoying to have to go to another bank to get a loan.
