Fitzwater Station

I recently tried Fitzwater Station and was blown away by the quality of their food. The baby back ribs were fall-off-the-bone delicious. The burgers are also great, and their fries have that perfect crispiness that I love. The canal-side location provides a picturesque setting for a meal, and the service was excellent. I will definitely be back!

I’ve been coming to the Fitz since I was a teenager, but this was by far the best experience I’ve had which says a lot since I’ve been a longtime customer anyway. The inside of the restaurant’s renovations have perfectly maintained the history and cozy rustic feeling of the building while being modern enough and tasteful. The staff is incredibly nice and friendly, service was great, and the food and drinks were incredible. Zero complaints and I would absolutely recommend to anybody.

After a nice walk on the Schuylkill River Trail, my son and I had lunch at Fitzwater Station. We sat outside where we had a wonderful view of the canal. We saw turtles, geese, ducks, and fish. Such a nice view! The food was excellent! Our server, Sam, went out of her way to make it comfortable for us. What a nice day!

Second time here. Same nice service. You get to watch people canoeing, ride bikes, and waking trail. you can feed the turtles and fish. They even had free food to feed the fish and turtles. Canoes are for rent along with tubing. Great food. Fair prices. I recommend.

We were headed home and looked up restaurants in the area we were in and I choose this one. It was right on the river and had a nice outdoor dining and bar. Live music outside. We had great food and drinks. We recommend.
