I have used Zach and First Quality Cleaning several times. They've pressure washed my house each spring for me, getting that green mold and stains off the siding and vinyl fence. I've also used them 4 times, so far, for the house. They helped with an emergency flood situation in the basement, and several routine cleanings of the carpets; including a full upholstery couch cleaning. They are polite, reasonably priced, local and do great work. You can't go wrong.

Zach did a great job cleaning the carpet of my apartment. He came out on a very rainy Saturday, fitting me in his full schedule. Took great care in walking over the hardwood floor, not to get them dirty or water damaged. Price was better than anyone else I got a quote from.

First Quality Carpet Cleaning is just that - 1st Quality. Zach is amazing. We had 3 rooms, stairs and a hallway in desperate need of a cleaning. We were seriously skeptical the carpets could be cleaned but Zach and his team did it. They got the carpets clean!

5 STARS! Zach did a fantastic job! Within 5 minutes of talking with him over the phone he provided me with an estimate and put something on the calendar. I didn’t waste my time thinking about it because I could tell he was honest, fair, and passionate about his work. Zach showed up early to the job, did a thorough walk-thru, answered all my questions, made sure I was comfortable, and confirmed a price. My wife and I are expecting our first baby, so he moved furniture in the new nursery and cleaned everything wall to wall. He even protected the legs on the new furniture. I really only expected him to hit the high traffic areas, so I got the small items up off the floors and out of the way. He was willing to move stuff himself and put it back no problem. My wife and I came upstairs tonight and couldn’t believe how great it smelled, looked, and felt. The carpet looks like it did when we first moved in 2 years ago (probably better). Afterwards Zach stuck around to give me cleaning tips for stains (we have a cat and dog), as well as some other work that he could do if we were ever in need. Zach is a pleasure to work with and his customer service is exemplary. I would never even think about saving a few extra bucks to go with some big company. I will be a customer for as long as I live in the area! This dude KILLS IT. Thanks again, Zach!

Over the years we have had First Quality Cleaning come to our house three times. Each time they have provided excellent service and results. When we first moved into our house and had them clean the carpets we didn't know what to expect, and were blown away by how much of a difference it made. They have also cleaned upholstered chairs and done an excellent job with that - each time they have surpassed expectations. Zach and Ed are prompt, polite, friendly and provide excellent results. Exactly the type of business I like to support!
