Just like any dry cleaner (or any business actually) there is the occasional hiccup, to be expected since we are human , as I said before they strive to meet and exceed! -

(June 5, 2017, 6:04 pm)I have had great experiences with this company. One time I needed my suit pants waist and length adjusted quickly and they were able to do it the same day and they were kind enough to press the pants afterwards. The staff is very pleasant as well.
