This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. My salesman Barney was absolutely phenomenal and went above and beyond to get me into my car. Howard and financing was a dream. You know You're happy when you tell your salesman and finance man that you love them. It was a difficult day when I went in because I just lost my mother the day prior. They made the experience so pleasurable, I would go back to them and refer anyone to them. Kudos to the staff at Faulkner Hyundai in Philly.

Barney was awesome! He has worked with my family for several car purchases over a few years, and he never disappoints. He is personable, transparent quick, and tries his hardest to make his customers happy! When I went in today, I told him my budget and he did all of the work for me to show me vehicle breakdowns I could afford.

Have been to several dealers, and this is by far the nicest group. They don't push you, give you time and very pleasant. Brice was our salesperson and was great, responds right away with any questions,
very easy to talk to, down to the finance people. They listen to you and don't push anything. If looking for a new or used car, this is the place to go. Great experience with purchasing a car for my son.!!!!

My experience was terrific. Everyone was exceptionally helpful. We went to look at one vehicle and while looking saw another which was a better fit for my wife. Within 3 hours we completed the transaction, all the paperwork, the car was prepped, registered, cleaned and we were given a complete in-person tutorial on the many features of the 2023 Tucson we chose. It is much more tech’d up than what we are driving so there was a lot to learn.

While everyone we dealt with should receive kudos, Viviana, our salesperson was a 12 on a scale of 1-10. Helpful, thoughtful, empathetic and a truly outstanding listener. If you like the Hyundai line and are anywhere near Philadelphia give these folks a try.
