Charley Mullen was such a pleasure to work with buying my new vehicle. Made it a very nice experience. The financial department representative was also very straight forward and everything was explained in great detail. Definitely will be returning to purchase another vehicle from Faulkner
Service staff was very helpful and friendly. David Malinowski was able to find me a service appointment for a seatbelt recall as I was leaving on a long trip out of town. I really appreciated that they were able to fit me in. It gave me peace of mind knowing that my kids would be safe on the trip.
Courtesy was displayed all throughout my experience. I had an appointment and there was enough staff to prevent delay in registration. The staff is very courteous and kept me updated as necessary through text messaging and calls. In addition, I was shuttled to and from my home, to the shop once my car was ready and from the shop when I dropped off my car. This was an additional savings for me.
Our service rep John was very accommodating to us. He drove our car into the garage area for us, he looked for all the available discounts and he looked out for my mom as she waited for the car to be done. Car was finished in less than the 2 hours quoted and we were on our way with a reasonable bill and happy. It was a very streamlined and easy experience.
Service was fantastic. Communication was great. I appreciate that service called me before deciding to do the services that were suggested. My only complaint is that when I came in on 8/29/22 around 6:30 to pick up my keys and invoice, I stood in front of the cashier for over 5 minutes before she noticed I was standing there because it was clear she was extremely invested in social media on her phone. When she noticed I was standing there she laughed and said "you should have said something to me". I was in full uniform from work and I know that my movements in it aren't exactly quiet. Thanks again for great service.
