Wishing more people that ran their businesses the way these guys do. Scheduled an alignment before I big road. My mechanic trip said the truck needed it after not finding a noise that was bothering me.
These guys spent a good amount of time checking out my truck. Not only did they find the origin of that annoying noise, they ran diagnostics and discovered I didn’t need an alignment.
So now they’ll get all my business and recommendations…Because that’s how it should be. And also, I guess I need a new mechanic lol

I am a new customer but I am now a customer for Life!!!! Best customer service bar none! They kept me informed through the whole process! Explained what my best options were! I have a used 2007 Truck I purchased about 10 months ago and the issues are coming to light now but after they completed their work! My truck is running like it just came off the line yesterday in Detroit! I chose this shop based off of the reviews here on Google and they were all correct! Great Shop, Great prices and great service! I will recommend Allen tire to everyone going forward!

An old-school honest shop that is willing to take on just about any challenge - even my 80s Subaru that other shops were afraid to look at. They got my old girl running straight and turning well when it wasn't before. Prompt and transparent service. Will be using these guys again for sure!
