Doug was very quick to respond to my call! I had bought a new washing machine and when it was delivered, told that we had corrosion on the pipes/valves of our washer hookup. We scheduled a time for him to come out, he was on time, explained the work he would do (put in new pipes and valves and also a new faucet on the basin tub in our laundry room). The work only took about an hour to complete, and the cost was less than I expected!
Honest neighborhood plumber. Does excellent work.
