Sean is so successful because his customer service is exceptional and his work product bordering on miraculous! Sean lives up to his expectation that the customers shouldn’t just be happy, they should be in awe at the results of his cleaning. I have worked with Sean on multiple projects. Sean routinely exercises professionalism conscientiousness, impeccable timeliness, attention to detail, outstanding communication, flexibility and efficiency. He is immediately responsive and bends over backwards with a genuine smile to do an exceptional job. He is also authentically nice, kind, considerate, thoughtful, honest and trustworthy. Sean did an absolutely amazing job on our tiled spaces on our first level. He came to our house very quickly to give us an estimate, and we immediately liked what we heard and his before/after portfolio. We were scheduled very quickly, and Sean spent all day working on our flooring. He was very upfront and honest, and left me product to keep my floors in good shape afterwards. I appreciated Sean’s attention to detail and true professionalism. I absolutely can not BELIEVE the difference in our tile/grout! The previous owners had several(many) dogs & we have our pets and children living here, so I imagine we likely posed a challenge. Sean was an absolute pleasure to work with. He responded to my initial inquiry within an hour and was friendly, professional and did the most amazing job on my tile floors. We have 4 kids and 3 dogs so the floors take a beating. I was so tired of getting on my hands and knees with a scrub brush and chemicals. Sean came out and I’m a few hours my floors look new! He sealed it as well so this will extend the look for a few years until we decide to replace them. I would recommend Sean to anyone that wants to refresh the look of their floors!

While my parents were on vacation, Sean, the owner, drove approximately 1 hr to my parents house to provide an estimate for the work to be done, as it was to be a surprise for them. Before getting into the details, I cannot emphasize enough how prompt and considerate he was with everything he did from start to finish and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Because of the deterioration of the tiles and not having been properly cared for in the past, he spent several hours testing different chemicals to ensure that he could provide the desired result. This was without cost and without a contract being provided (let alone executed). This is a true testament to how important it is to him to make sure the result of each job is perfect and consistent with the expectations of the customer.

The estimate was accurate to the total cost; however, I believe he went far beyond in the hours he spent making sure everything was done perfectly, especially when you factor in the travel time and that our project took several days to complete. His work ethic was second to none and beyond reproach. One of the kindest, most considerate gentleman my wife and I have ever worked with. Every time he said he would be there, he was there and on time. He was even there until midnight one night (maybe a little later) to make sure everything was turning out correctly! As my wife has a lung condition that precludes her being around strong chemical smells, as soon as we mentioned this to him, he devised a schedule, around her schedule, to ensure she wouldn’t have any issues. He truly knows his products inside and out! And aftercare is easy to manage. The photos of before and after don't do it justice of how perfect everything is. He makes sure his customers are always happy with the end result. He most certainly went above and beyond what we could have ever expected. We genuinely appreciate all the hard work that went into making this surprise gift something my parents thoroughly enjoyed and were absolutely floored and appreciative of all the work and how everything turned out.

I highly recommend Faithful Restorations! Sean cleaned our carpet and clean and sealed the grout in both our master and hallway bathrooms. Sean was on-time both when he came to both our free consultation and when he came to complete the work. Sean is extremely honest and it is evident that he is invested fully in the services he provides. He spent over 6 hours at our house and left after ensuring that we were fully satisfied with the final results. He also did not try to push any additional services or products than what we were asking for. Our carpet looks great and our bathroom tiles look like it did when we first bought the house!
