F45 Training Crosskeys

What got me interested in F45 Training once I saw the workout routine, it reminded me of my time in the Military where all Soldiers did physical fitness together and not worring about anyone else but themselves. This is what you get F45 Training. I have had two classes up to this point but I have nothing bad to say. Other than my thighs are so sore that when I walk or sit down I feel like I am an old man. This is a good soreness it is something that I need to continue pushing through. It is a great atmosphere where you come in and workout as a group. Nobody is any better than the other person. We are all there for the same thing. I like the fact that I do not need to have a plan made out of what I am going to work on that day. It is already planned out and everybody is doing the same thing. The trainers keep you motivated to keep you pushing yourself. If you feel intrigued to try this place out please come join us. I have joined F45 as of the new year and I’m loving it! As a former athlete that works better in a community setting, this studio is great.
Workouts have you leaving feeling accomplished and I love that it’s never the same workout twice. Owner Lisa and her trainers are encouraging and personable and I’m looking forward to continuing working our with F45 Crosskeys 💪🏼

I can honestly say F45 Crosskeys is the best gym experience I’ve had. I’ve tried everything from personal trainers to boutique studio classes but this is the only thing that’s really clicked for me. I love the workouts - they’re efficient and effective. It’s not an intimidating environment for those new to exercise, and for those more comfortable in the gym, the workouts are so varied you will not be bored! The community is great too - from day one the other members have been kind and inclusive (definitely not my experience elsewhere). Also the owners are super responsive and keep the gym in pristine condition with constant cleaning and sanitizing. Highly recommend!

Love this gym! I came from a semi-private personal training gym to F45 and am so happy I did. The workouts are amazing, I burn tons of calories, they mix things up to keep it fun and interesting, and I have dropped body fat percentage! The owner Lisa is dedicated and cares about each of our fitness journeys. The gym is great no matter your fitness level! There are always ways to ease up or go harder and modifications for injuries. I’m so glad I made the switch!
