EVERWhite Whiteboards

My custom board was shipped without proper corner protection. One corner was damaged during transit. I supplied pictures of everything they requested to the representative. The company even admitted that the packaging was not up to their internal standard. They mentioned the package should have been packed with corner braces. Ours was not and I provided the pictures to verify. Overall, the board seems nice except for the damaged corner. Initially, management agreed to a 15% refund on a $650 purchase. I was disappointed with the level of customer service I received and left a one-star review.

After a month, I received a follow-up email from the company stating that management wanted to make things right on the order. They did grant a more reasonable refund and offered to replace the product at no charge. In the end, they did the right thing but it did take a month and several emails. I will say the product quality is excellent. The customer service was below average. Having been through all of this, I would shop here again.

I specify white boards for a university and through the years, through trial and error, we have come to specify only EverWhite boards. A couple years ago, someone in our facilities construction and maintenance department thought they had an equivalent 5' surface for less money and it has turned into a disaster within a year or less. We are using Everwhite resurfacing panels to make the boards usable. My experience has been that EverWhite is the only safe way to go.

Called yesterday and Kimberly put thru a rush order for a client in less than 24 hours for a whiteboard. Picked it up this morning - evreyone rocked! EXCELLENT customer service!!

I bought two white boards for our church. One came damaged. I talked to Dave who agreed to send me one replacement for free right away. Truly appreciated. The white board is of good quality.
