Understanding office, elevator has been down for quite some time. Its a 100 year old building, so I figured finding parts would be difficult. David at the front desk has been a tremendous help. He goes above and beyond for his guests. Extra Space Storage is lucky to have him!

The associate Dave Is very helping he makes it easy to do everything. It doesn’t matter what it could be you’re having problems with payments or anything about the company and the policy he’s a very knowledgeable the more people like him
