Dennis is awesome, honest and super reliable! I have a 2009 3 series which Dennis has seen for various issues over the course of the last couple months. He and his team have done an excellent job at repairing my car. I love my car so I have a hard time trusting people to do the right thing and not over charge me for the work. Dennis always explains what's up, makes suggestion on what I should do and gives me options for moving forward. His prices are super reasonable and if I have an issue after business hours I can text him and he responds right away. He takes pride in his work and reputation which I respect and appreciate! I would recommend his shop to anyone!

Definitely deserves 5 stars. I've tried many different shops in my 5 years of living in Philly, so far, the owner (Dennis) is the best guy you can find. He treats his customers like his family. DOES NOT rip off people for unnecessary maintenance. He tells you exactly what your car needs in short term and long term. What can I say. Excellent service for great prices. By the way, they have a Dyno and all professional equipment to respond every customer's need. Highly recommended.

A friend of mine recommended this shop to me and I don't plan on ever going anywhere else, even after having recently moved to Maryland. I initially came to Dennis to fix my brake pads and rotors and he charged me half of what every other shop was quoting me. Dennis also identified significant wear on my clutch, which (for whatever reason) no other shop noticed, and he did a great job fixing it. Dennis and his crew are really easy to talk with and they explain the problems with my car in a way I can understand, when I know next to nothing about cars. I always feel like a valued customer when I'm at his shop. He really wants to make sure I'm satisfied with his work. He doesn't just try to get me out the door once the work is done, but instead has really built a relationship with me. He's got a nice lounge if you need to wait while your car is fixed. He's incredibly honest and transparent about what's wrong with my car and what needs to be fixed and he does really solid work. Combine this with a laid-back attitude, hours (including weekends) that meet my schedule, and the cheapest quotes I've seen, I don't plan on going anywhere else anytime soon.
