Excellent place for car service. Friendly staff that always takes the time to explain things. Does great work and takes care of your car. Keeps track of what the car needs service wise and can send reminders. Wonderful mechanic. Just last week got inspection and oil change. Thought I needed an air filter but but Ed said not needed. Just takes care of the car each time. Fantastic mechanic.

To sum it up in one word - Awesome. Great service and great staff. I will be a customer for as long as I own a vehicle.

Friendly & Honest Service:
Had my truck inspected and received a call that my brakes would pass inspection, but not by much. They easily could've just told me they failed inspection and I needed new ones, but they didn't. I always appreciate the honesty and integrity of the way they run their business.

ERM was recommended by my brother in law. Called made appointment, dropped car on a warm day, they provided an inspection, called when it was ready, picked it up on a very cold day, fair price, very pleasant.
What was special? When he pulled up the car he realized one of the tires was low on air. (Those annoying light sensors that are often affected by the outside temperature)
He asked if I minded if it took it back in the shop to make sure the tires were properly inflated.
I could tell this type of friendly practical service is what ERM is all about!
