We have been using Environmental Pest for the last several years for wasp extermination. Ted comes out in the spring and we have a wasp free summer!! He is very thorough and always makes sure he covers every possible area. We are extremely satisfied with his service and highly recommend!

Incredibly helpful and honest. I live in Virginia and mistakenly called this PA-based business with the same name as a business down here. The call lasted several minutes before either of us recognized the mixup and he was very professional and helpful, providing me with honest insight about what was and was not necessary to remove a squirrel and clean up the mess the squirrel has left in my home. Even after realizing it was not geographically possible to have my business, he continued to advise me and provide me with the information necessary to figure out who was ripping me off down here, and did so in an extremely patient, friendly, and professional manner.

If you are in Virginia, I highly recommend calling him by accident and finding out the real deal about what the whole trapping and exclusion process should include and cost.

Technicians provided excellent customer service. They were professional looking and pleasant. I know very little about insects but they spoke to me on a level that I understood, explaining the process to eliminate my situation with the huge hornets nest. Would definitely recommend.

Ted and his team are awesome. Had him out once in the winter for wasps and haven’t seen one in my lower level since. Had him out recently to spray my property for spiders as a precautionary measure and got on his quarterly plan. His prices are extremely reasonable, he’s always been on time, and his products are animal friendly which is a huge plus since I have a dog. I recommend!
