Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This Enterprise didn't end up renting me a car, but they went above and beyond in my opinion. Me and my wife were in town to buy a car and were renting one to get around until we got our new one. Unfortunately, we learned the hard way if you are out of state, you need a physical credit card to rent a car, so they weren't able to rent us one. But the guy at the front desk was very understanding and said he was pretty sure one of the places down the road could rent us a car with just our debit card, so he had the shuttle driver run us down the road. The guy was super friendly and from our home state (Georgia). He not only gave us a ride, when we got to the other location he waited until we confirmed we had a car and gave him the thumbs up to go on back to Enterprise, making sure he didn't just leave us stranded somewhere. I've never had a bad experience with Enterprise, but this is just an exemplary example of customer service. I don't know many businesses that would take you down to a competitor’s shop, regardless of whether they could serve you or not.

This Enterprise location has some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. Chris has taken care of me twice. Always friendly, always professional. Hard to find employees who care as much as he does. He and his team are knowledgeable and personable. Got me on my way fast. Thanks guys!

Rented a Land Rover, with a discount just before the holiday. Very nice car, very nice service. All stars. Just a reminder to people like me who rarely rent cars: should check the fuel level when you start a car that you are not familiar with. I nearly ran out of fuel after about 100 miles, because I incorrectly assumed it had a full tank.

Wonderful customer service and extraordinary care for their vehicles. I bought a car from Chris, he was very patient with me and the service is really fast. They gave us the best deals even during very busy days. We can always expect prompt response without any delays when you attempt any enquiries. Chris really cares about his customers and how they felt about the service he provided, if you give him any feedback he will make sure to not to repeat them.

For being an exotic car rental property, I'd say overall this was a positive experience.

* Staff was friendly, available and helpful - they answered calls swiftly and answered questions expertly
* Upgraded from an unavailable vehicle to a nicer model for no extra charge
* Reservation and return process was superb, simple and easy

The only con was relatively nitpicky, the car wasn't as clean as I expected it to be for it being 'exotic/luxury', there was some sticky spots in the center console from spilled soda. Overall, I'd give the cleanliness an 8/10.
